Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities with existing customers. This role blends strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on sales execution to strengthen Rupeeseeds presence in the financial technology (FinTech) domain.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brokerage houses, wealth management firms, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the financial services sector.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance Rupeeseeds brand visibility and product positioning.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
- Organize webinars, trade shows, client engagement programs, and industry events to generate leads.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign results.
- Build partnerships with industry associations, media, and event organizers to expand brand reach.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales pipeline, conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Forecast sales performance and assist in annual budgeting and planning processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the FinTech, BFSI, or IT Solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, risk management systems, and financial market operations (preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and campaign analytics.
