HR Strategy & Planning

  • Identify training and development needs and implement suitable programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Evaluate and update employee compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive.

Policy Development & Compliance

  • Create and update HR policies to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and employment standards.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
