Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Boiler and associated systems through DCS, including start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Boiler, Steam Turbine, and Balance of Plant systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations through DCS. Handle startups, shutdowns, emergencies, and troubleshooting. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, update SOPs, conduct incident investigations, and manage logs. Optimise performance, resource utilisation, and equipment reliability to enhance overall efficiency. Lead risk assessments, team training, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S.

Experience:

  • Total Experience: 4 - 7 Years
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years in DCS operation of CFBC Boiler

Qualification:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Software/Tools Knowledge:

  • MS Office

  • EHS Tools
