Role & responsibilities

  • Overall responsibilities for smooth operation and maintenance of electrical & instrumentation department.
  • Spares management and inclusive of budget control and monitoring.
  • Preventive maintenance & overhauling of LT motors.
  • Developed vendor for AMC & ARC work for electrification work, UPS, DG, motor rewinding, lift etc & also bill checked as per service.
  • Maintenance & Servicing of ACB, VCB, PCC panel, MCC panel, L&T & Siemens make contactor, MPCB, MCB, Relay, Timer, ELCB etc.
  • Preventive maintenance of APFC Panel, PCC Panel, MCC Panel, LT Motors & Transformer.
  • Power changeover from DG to GEB successfully within time limits & Vice-versa.
  • Making power Interruption report like DGVCL.
  • Load calculation & power system equipment sizing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma /B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronic Engineering
  • 02 to 05 years of Electrical and electronics knowledge.
  • Knowledge of DC Drive and DC motor & maintenance of Siemens PLC, SCADA.
  • Knowledge of AC Drive like siemens, ABB, SSD (Parker) and servo drive (Moog).
  • Good knowledge in automation and PLC programming like SIEMENS TIA Portal
