Join our dynamic UAE team as a Business Development / Sales Manager or Sales Executive
We're looking for driven professionals with a strong client network and proven success in air and sea freight sales. This role is key to expanding our market presence and delivering top-tier service across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE freight forwarding market
- Build and nurture client relationships through regular engagement
- Promote tailored logistics solutions across air and sea freight
- Negotiate with carriers, NVOCCs, CHAs, and logistics partners
- Track industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of sales/business development experience in international logistics (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong client network in air and sea freight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, organized, and eager to grow into a leadership role
