Job Title: NVOCC Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
Location: Bengaluru

Job Description
We are hiring an NVOCC Sales Executive to handle business development and sales of ocean freight services. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the Bengaluru market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for NVOCC services
- Sell FCL & LCL ocean freight solutions
- Identify and onboard exporters, importers, and freight forwarders
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding sales
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight (FCL & LCL)
- Proven B2B sales experience in logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling Bengaluru market preferred
Preferred Skills
- Existing customer base is an advantage
- Rate negotiation and trade lane knowledge
- CRM and MIS reporting
