Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Co-founder with an investment opportunity of 20-30 Lakh INR for 15% equity at Homeday, located in Gurugram. The Co-founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, focusing on business growth, partnerships, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing daily operations, establishing sales strategies, and building a strong, collaborative team to drive the company's vision and mission forward.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market trends, opportunities, and operational strategies.
  • Proven expertise in Communication and leadership to build relationships, foster collaboration, and represent the company effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth, develop business strategies, and expand the customer base.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen necessary for a leadership role in a startup environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, manage risk, and adapt to a dynamic market landscape.
  • Prior experience in the home services or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage).
