Role and Responsibilities

This role is responsible to training administration management, overall training coordination, content development and

Key deliverables for the position are as following:

  • To use Learning Management System for content creation, deployment, assessment, surveys and MIS management
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation, assessment and facilitation of training programs across Shoppers Stop stores including Services Office.
  • Identify Training Requirements from the stake holders and being able to customize training programs to meet those needs.
  • Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business environment
  • Manage training calendar for the month/quarter and update changes as per required
  • Ensure training coverage across all stores
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs
  • Coordinate for both internal and external training programs
  • Ensure regular interface with business Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness
  • Training evaluations
  • Floor audits to measure the training efficacy for all trainings done
  • Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues
  • Ensure skill development through research and value addition
  • Content development and ability to drive participants towards desired learning goals
  • Should be able to integrate key inputs required for the business / operation improvement
  • Adherence to training plan, calendar and SOP

Qualifications and Education Requirements

MBA-HR/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ MSW/ Master of Personnel Management
