About the Role

This role requires a highly skilled individual who can lead learning and development initiatives, drive talent management, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or business, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning plans to enhance team performance, collaborating with department heads to drive talent development and performance management, enhancing employee engagement through effective communication and positive work environment, and analyzing financial KPIs to identify areas for improvement in Learning and Development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, business, or education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality or business.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
