Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loan disbursements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, including builders, architects, and real estate agents.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to enhance their knowledge of housing finance products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of housing finance, mortgage loans, and related regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
