Job Overview:

Western Infrabuild Products LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic GM Sales & Marketing to lead business growth through specification-driven sales. This role will be responsible for building relationships with government and private project specifiers, driving brand awareness, and ensuring product integration into interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales in the Building Material industry, along with expertise in influencing architects, consultants, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on specification-based selling to government and private projects.
  • Build strong partnerships with architects, consultants, builders, and government agencies to drive product adoption.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing direction and support for achieving market penetration.
  • Collaborate with specifiers to ensure Western Infrabuild Products LLP is included in project tenders and specifications.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Drive competitive market intelligence, ensuring products meet evolving interior construction trends.
  • Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Ensure profitability through pricing strategies and business development efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in specification-driven sales within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong relationships with architects, specifiers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Proven leadership in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
