Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales, based in Mumbai. The General Manager Sales will oversee sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and lead a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
