Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter with 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing strategies, client handling and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Evaluate technical and cultural fit through interviews.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics.
  • Work within MSP environments to ensure compliance with client-specific processes and SLAs.
  • Utilize BMS platforms for requisition management, candidate submission, interview scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Science).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for both permanent and contract positions.
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends in IT.
