Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Please note: This role will also include around 20% HR operations responsibilities in addition to core recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels for talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for pipeline building.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Support HR operations activities (~20%) such as employee onboarding formalities, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 25 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Prior experience hiring for roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, and other IT positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
