Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential partners, generating leads, and acquiring Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales/relationship management, with excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to prospective IFAs and other financial intermediaries.
  • Generate qualified leads through effective prospecting and relationship building.
  • Drive acquisition of new IFAs and onboard them onto the companys platform.
  • Maintain and grow strong working relationships with IFAs to enhance engagement.
  • Meet defined sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on lead status, conversion, and pipeline.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience while representing the companys brand.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in BFSI/financial services.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and distribution channels will be an added advantage.
