Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 
Client Relationship Executive
. This role involves onboarding Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), engaging with MFDs digitally to boost business, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

  • IFA Partner And MFD Onboarding - Dealing with IFA, Mutual funds and their client
  • Digitally engage with leads, conduct product sessions, and drive conversions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by addressing concerns in real-time Managing client inquiries, issues, and requests through digital channels like Calls, email, chat, and video calls
  • Communication and Support Maintain regular communication on products/services. Addressing and resolving client issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualification

  • 0-2 years of client relationship experience in BFSI sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Hindi and any other Regional Language.
  • Freshers can Apply
  • Candidates with a NISM VA Certification will be given preference.
