Job Title Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund Sales Objectives of the Role o Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through NDs KRs and IFAs o Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM o Conducting meetings with clients associates understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain o Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business o Build long term core assets through incremental net sales o Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business o Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions o Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets Skills Required o Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry o Must manage communication to convince within outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word and Power Point o Positive attitude self-motivated and confident o NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining Years of Experience o Candidate with 5 years of experience Qualification o Post Graduate degree Skills SALES MUTUAL FUND COMMUNICATION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROBLEM SOLVING ANALYSIS
