We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers for a leading financial organization.

The role involves managing existing clients, acquiring new customers, and providing advisory support in mutual funds and wealth management products. You'll handle HNI / retail clients, ensure excellent service, and contribute to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain strong client relationships.
  • Acquire new clients through networking and referrals.
  • Advise customers on mutual funds, PMS, and other investment options.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Broking.
  • MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA preferred.
  • Must have excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Should maintain formal dressing and professional behavior.
  • Stable work history with a growth mindset.
  • Strong product knowledge and client-handling confidence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,600, ₹1,700,000.00 per year
