Job Title: Relationship Manager – University Partnerships Location: Andheri / Mumbai Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities in India, facilitating the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and ensuring timely follow-ups to keep partnerships running smoothly. If you are a highly organized and communicative individual with a passion for higher education, this role is a great opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: University Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with universities across India to explore and establish new partnership opportunities. MOU Coordination: Lead the negotiation and formalization of MOUs with universities, ensuring all agreements are clear and mutually beneficial. Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with university representatives to ensure the timely execution of agreements and stay on top of all partnership-related activities. Relationship Management: Foster long-term, positive relationships with university contacts to ensure continuous collaboration and growth. Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all communications, agreements, and related documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of partnerships and agreements. Reporting: Provide regular status updates and reports on the progress of partnerships, MOUs, and follow-up activities. Key Requirements: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and present effectively. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle contracts and agreements with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Experience: Previous experience in relationship management, business development, or working with educational institutions is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing relationships and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in relationship management or business development. Familiarity with the higher education landscape in India is a plus. Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
