Job Description

Qualification : B.Sc/ M.Sc (Chemistry) / BE Chemical for fresher only, any graduate with Chemical Industry experience.

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience.

  • Assisting the sales team, in managing meeting/calendars, and the distribution of sales documents.
  • Find relevant companies for the given priority based on industry from various source.
  • Should be familiar with professional social media platforms.
  • Should be technically sound to explain product benefits during cold calls & emails.
  • Has to operate advance tools to find email ids and contact no. of relevant person
  • Continuous and regular follow up in a specific time frame.
  • He/she has to take care of regular sales activities of new customer.
  • Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as per guidance of sales head.
  • Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on daily basis.
  • Handling export Shipments.
  • Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients.
  • Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment.
  • Coordinating and liason between other departments, and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's need in time restraints.
  • Managing CRM & Reports for the department progress.
  • Preparing Sales CRM/ MIS, Client Orders/ Follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor/ Client Data, Export & Import Data.
  • Daily reports to be submitted to concern person or reporting manager.
  • Has to entertain inbound inquiries along with outbound business development activities.
  • Has to be a part of weekly meetings with concern team.
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Preparing the advance licence and keeping the track of all advance licence to ensure export benefits
