About the Role:
We are looking for a highly dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of driving business growth through strategic planning, and experienced in managing direct B2B relationships with corporate clients. This role demands leadership, initiative, and a proactive approach toward achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in sales-related activities to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct and lead B2B meetings with clients from various corporate industries to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and performance alignment.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present periodic *sales forecasts, performance reports, and business proposals* to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)from a recognized educational institution.
- MBA from IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) will be given preference
- Graduation from IITs or NITs is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
