Job Description:
Job Summary
The Commercialization Leader is responsible for driving the successful market introduction, adoption, and localization of new products within the division. This role will play a key part in advancing the India acceleration roadmap by delivering profitable growth through tailored commercialization strategies. The position requires close collaboration with global portfolio teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product readiness, market fit, and sustained business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Partner with product development, portfolio management, marketing, and sales teams to design and implement commercialization and localization strategies that enable profitable growth for CBT India. Develop communication plans to secure stakeholder alignment and sustained project support.
- Market Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and translate insights into go-to-market positioning and strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to successful outcomes by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Partner with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, vendor management, and commercial teams to drive product readiness within committed timelines.
- Launch Execution: Oversee execution of product launch plans in collaboration with business teams, ensuring alignment across marketing campaigns, sales enablement, training, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Commercial Excellence: Monitor, track, and analyze the sales and margin performance of new product launches and localization projects, recommending adjustments to maximize results.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights to refine product offerings and enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in product commercialization, marketing, or related roles, preferably in comparable industries.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
