Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year developmental program in sales and marketing.
- Throughout the two years, you will either have 3 or 4 rotations, depending on your business unit.
- You will be placed in thoughtful, challenging roles to develop critical skills like leadership, critical thinking and taking initiative.
- You will be working with the best and brightest in a fast pace environment with leaders who will take time out of their schedules to support your development.
- The program provides the technical expertise of a digital industrial company with the functional skills that are critical to success in GE Healthcare.
- The projects can be in diverse aspects of marketing like new product launch plan and implementation , digital marketing , commercial marketing , Value proposition , data analytics & market insights etc.
- The interns are assigned to a senior marketing leader and is given complete responsibility for owning the plan , implementing to show outcomes as per the project scope.
- There is amid-point review (4 weeks post project commencement) with the CMO , assignment leader and the program office and a final review as per the project deliverable.
- Intensive two-year entry-level program spanning three rotational assignments in one of GE's businesses
- Combines coursework, job assignments and training to equip you with exceptional marketing and selling skills
- Led by senior GE professionals and mentors
- Develops world-class commercial leaders
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Must be willing to relocate while on program
- AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO THE INTERVIEWER
Desired Characteristics :
- Strong analytical ability; proven leadership experience; team player; change-oriented; demonstrated integrity; strong communication skills.
- Understanding of business concepts/strategy; intern co-op experience in corporate finance; business/accounting or analytical coursework; multiple language skills; geographic mobility; global work/living experience.
