Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) located in Mumbai ( Andheri). The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, negotiate with vendors and finalise contracts, create destination itineraries as per customer needs, prepare costing sheets, coordinate with clients, manage budgets, ensure event logistics run smoothly, and lead a team to execute successful MICE events. The role also involves liaising with vendors, handling client inquiries, travelling to various countries and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • In-depth international destination knowledge
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 7 years of rich experience in the MICE industry or related field is a "must"
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Persons with lower experience may be considered for executive position.
