Role: Operations Manager

Experience Required: 10+ years in hospitality/hostel/PG/real estate operations

Salary Range: ₹12–13 LPA

Role Description

This full-time Operations Manager role, based on-site in Mumbai, involves overseeing the daily operations of The Hive Hostels. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high standards of service, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the quality of amenities and services. The Operations Manager will also handle budgeting, inventory management, and customer relations to ensure a seamless living experience for residents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and vendor coordination
  • Skills in budgeting, inventory management, and financial oversight
  • Customer relations and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hostel operations across multiple properties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and guest experience standards
  • Manage Property Managers and ground staff with strong leadership
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, and cost efficiency
  • Drive guest satisfaction, safety, and service excellence
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, and management teams for smooth operations
