Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager, North India, will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performance sales team, and strengthening the company's's market presence across the region. This role demands strategic leadership, a deep understanding of the real estate sector, and the ability to forge strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the North region to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent performance and achieve KPIs.
- Market Development: Identify and develop business opportunities with reputed real estate brands, channel partners, and investors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering end-to-end real estate solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance through regular reviews, analytics, and reporting; implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Brand Representation: Represent at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role in the real estate sector.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of real estate market trends in North India
Network with reputed developers and investors is preferred
Other: Willingness to travel across the region as required.
