Business Manager – Home Interiors

We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager
to join our growing home interiors company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing our sales pipeline, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, and maximizing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track the entire leads pipeline, ensuring smooth movement across stages.
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and long-term association.
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead conversions and overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
  • Previous experience in the home interiors industry (design or project management) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
