Business Development Manager (BDM)
with experience in the
interior design or real estate industry
— someone who can lead client acquisition and relationship-building with vision and flair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in
    residential and commercial interiors
    .
  • Conduct client meetings, understand design needs, and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
  • Manage the
    sales pipeline
    from lead generation to deal closure using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, developers, and property consultants.
  • Present company profile, portfolio, and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    2–4 years in business development/sales within
    interior design, architecture, or real estate
    sectors.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury/lifestyle consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics.
