We have an urgent requirement for Sr. HR Manager post for our client.

Job Location - Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Relevant experience required min. 3 years.

Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Responsible of all HR operations and recruitment work.
  • Should have experience in statutory compliances.
  • Experience in handling joining formalities, induction and orientation.
  • Responsible to make HR policies.
  • Experience in handling end to end payroll.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Maintain Daily reports, MIS.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹40,000.00 per month
