Job Description : About the Role:We're a fast-growing medium size organization and we're looking for a Senior HR Manager to grow our HR function. You'll be the architect of our people strategy—designing policies, building the HR team, and creating an environment where our people can do their best work.

What You'll Do:

  • Build our HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up.
  • Own talent acquisition—attract, hire, and retain top talent across all roles.
  • Implement performance management, L&D programs, and career growth paths.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Grow and mentor the HR team as the company scales.

  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Strong recruitment, performance management and people development skills.
  • Hands-on, agile, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
