Role Description

The Sr Customer Experience Manager will oversee and enhance customer satisfaction by managing customer experience strategies and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating across teams to implement solutions that drive positive customer interactions. The role requires close monitoring of customer journey metrics to optimize experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and lead customer-focused initiatives
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying actionable insights to improve customer journeys
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management systems and tools
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
