We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and campuses.
  • Post job advertisements across relevant platforms and track sourcing effectiveness.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews with management and coordinate final interview rounds.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Manage recruitment trackers and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Assist with new employee induction and onboarding programs.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and appraisal letters.
  • Maintain HR trackers, records, and internal databases.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR processes.

Administrative & Engagement Activities

  • Organize and coordinate team-building events, Fun Fridays, and outings.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR and office-related activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
