  • Facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with the companys objectives and values.
  • Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations and prepare HR reports for management review.
