Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for recruitment & staffing services through
cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
. - Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (corporates, HR heads, decision-makers).
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions.
- Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
