Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, industries, and markets for the company's products.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Demonstration & Pitches: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products through presentations and demos.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align business strategies.
  • Contract & Negotiation: Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role in a product-based company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS, IT, FinTech, or AI-driven product company.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Prior experience in handling international sales (if applicable).
