Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at Travplan, you will be the key link between our customers and curated travel experiences. Your role will focus on lead conversion, client handling, and building long-term relationships that drive revenue growth for the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel leads from WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and suggest customized travel packages.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain lead pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets and update daily sales activities.
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings, confirmations, and customer support.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in promoting packages via digital platforms when required.
