Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Travplan, you will be the key link between our customers and curated travel experiences. Your role will focus on lead conversion, client handling, and building long-term relationships that drive revenue growth for the company.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound travel leads from WhatsApp, and other sources.
  2. Understand client requirements and suggest customized travel packages.
  3. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.
  4. Maintain lead pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets and update daily sales activities.
  5. Coordinate with operations team for bookings, confirmations, and customer support.
  6. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  7. Assist in promoting packages via digital platforms when required.
