Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a B2B Sales position. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business clients, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting customized solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with existing clients, conducting product training, and effectively achieving sales targets through strategic planning and management.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Strong experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage client accounts
- Ability to provide clear Training and product demonstrations to clients or team members
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to execute sales strategies effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and prior experience in financial services or stock brokerage is an added advantage
