About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven
B2B Sales Executive
with strong sales experience and a consultative selling approach. You'll be provided with
10–20 fresh leads daily
and
200–300 old leads
— your primary goal is to
convert these leads into high-value sales
, with average order values ranging from
₹1 Lakh to ₹5 Lakhs
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and convert assigned leads into qualified business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to maximize business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and share progress reports with management.
  • Follow up on old leads to rekindle potential opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    MBA (Preferred) or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2–5 years
    in B2B sales, client acquisition, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and client relationship management.
