At One Percent Abroad, we help ambitious Indian students get into top universities and fully funded programs like Erasmus Mundus, Chevening, Ivy League, and more. We're growing fast—and we're looking for a Sales Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing team that drives meaningful impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
- Own and optimize the sales funnel—from inquiry to conversion.
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Conduct strategic consultations with students/parents when needed.
- Track KPIs, CRM data, and performance reports for the leadership team.
- Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented team culture.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years in sales (education/edtech preferred).
- Team leadership experience is a plus.
- Great communication, persuasion & people skills.
- CRM and data-savvy. Result-driven and adaptable.
- Passionate about education and student success.
