Field Marketing Executive

Kochi Kerala, India TEAM DMC Full time

**Market Penetration**: Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through market research and analysis.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized interactions and effective communication.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our digital marketing solutions and highlight their benefits.
- **Event Management**: Plan and organize marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, and workshops, to promote our services and attract new clients.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the face of our company at various industry events and functions, representing our brand professionally and effectively.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation efforts, and client interactions, and provide regular reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, including clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
