**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Experience**: 1+ years in field sales (preferred) or freshers
**Salary**: Competitive + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business leads in assigned areas.
- Meet potential clients to present and promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Report daily activities and sales progress to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in field sales or direct marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
- Basic knowledge of IT/tech solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: Any graduate.
- Own two-wheeler and a smartphone preferred.
