Job Title: Field Collection Executive Location: All kerala About Us: Si Creva Capital Service Pvt Ltd is a leading finance company providing innovative financial solutions to our customers. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Specialist (FOS) to join our team in Kerala. The FOS will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Field Visits*: Conduct regular field visits to meet with customers, agents, and other stakeholders. 2. *Compliance and Risk Management*: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. 3. *Customer Service*: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. *Data Collection and Analysis*: Collect and analyze data from field visits, customer interactions, and other sources to inform business decisions. 5. *Agent Management*: Manage and supervise agents, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they meet company standards. 6. *Reporting and Documentation*: Prepare and submit reports on field activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
