The Collection Executive is responsible for recovering payments from customers for RD, FD, loan, and other society schemes. The role involves visiting customers, reminding them about due payments, collecting installments, issuing receipts, and maintaining proper records. The executive should ensure timely collection, build good relationships with customers, and support the branch in achieving collection targets. Basic communication skills, honesty, and fieldwork ability are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect daily/monthly deposits and loan repayments from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and submit reports to the branch.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and minimize pending dues.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Handle receipts and cash responsibly.
  • Support branch staff in customer service and recovery activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or above.
  • Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Skills: Good communication, honesty, and fieldwork ability.
  • Must be willing to travel locally for collections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
