  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints.

  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop new sales representatives. Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.68 per month
