As we grow, we're looking for a
Creative Producer
— a mature yet fun individual who can balance
client trust, production leadership, and creative sensibility.

Role Overview

This isn't a
hardcore film-director-only gig.
You're not literally behind the camera all day.

It's a
hybrid role
— equal parts
client servicing, production oversight, and on-floor creative direction.

You'll be the one making sure:

• Moments aren't missed
  and compositions are framed in the most aesthetic way possible
• The team uses props, environments, and styling to make frames unique & fashion-forward
• Moodboards and story plans are set in advance so the output feels intentional and artistic
• Storytelling stays at the core — you know when the cameras must stay rolling, what questions to ask family/couples, and how to weave those answers into films

At the same time, you'll carry the
client-facing responsibility
:

• Being the single point of confidence on the floor
• Balancing service with creativity — from assuring families during chaos, to later guiding editors so the final output reflects both the story and our aesthetic standards

You are the person clients take seriously.
You're equally comfortable in a hotel ballroom with a bride, on a vendor call with a planner, or in a meeting with editors to ensure films carry the right story arc.

And while you love the creative side, you also have the
production sharpness
to handle difficult decisions, manage chaos, and stay passionate even in 24-hour wedding marathons.

This is not a 9-to-5; it's about ownership, stamina, and creating something unforgettable.

• Can turn a couple's vibe into a moodboard, teaser, or Insta campaign.

  guide the team to capture moments
  and make sure they're not missed during high-pressure weddings
• A leader who enjoys both
  people & processes
  — from creating a moodboard to managing trackers
• Someone confident enough to direct a team with authority, yet approachable enough to build comfort with clients.

Who Should Not Apply

• Hardcore client servicing professionals with no creative eye
• Filmmakers/DOPs who only want to shoot
• Stylists who don't understand production or storytelling
• Those who dislike high-pressure, travel-heavy wedding environments

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for assigned weddings — managing clients, expectations, and timelines
• Lead on-floor execution — posing, styling, interviews, story arcs, ensuring nothing is missed
• Work with planners, vendors & venues for seamless shoots
• Lock freelancers, prep call sheets, and manage backups & trackers
• Guide editors — align films & photos with story + studio aesthetic
• Conceptualize teasers, trailers, and launch-day content

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years in
  content, media, luxury events, or client servicing with creative sensibility
• Strong visual + storytelling instinct (not just operations)
• Excellent communicator — clients & teams take you seriously
• Street-smart, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure
• Must have a
  valid passport
  and be open to travel
• Immediate joiners preferred
