Within this business, the RevenueManagement team plays a strategic role in unlocking growth and maximizing profitability. Byleveraging data, market signals, and cross-functional collaboration, the team drivespricing strategies, monitors category performance, and identifies opportunitiesto enhance conversion and revenue outcomes. It sits at the intersection of analytics andbusiness, enabling data-led decisions that shape the future of our hotels business.
About The Role
As part of the Hotels Revenue team, theincumbent will join a high-performing team responsible for driving growth, revenue,and profitability across the domestic hotels category. This role sits at theintersection of analytics and business strategy, leading growth initiatives and acting as the go-to personfor key strategic projects.
The incumbent will work closely with seniorstakeholders across supply, marketing, product, finance, and tech to influencedecision-making and unlock new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an independentself-starter—quick-witted, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial—who thrives in fast-pacedenvironments and brings both creativity and executional rigor to the table. Theincumbent will be expected to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines whilestaying aligned to our values of Consumer Focus, Commitment to Results, and ContinuousImprovement.
What Will You Be Doing
P&L Ownership & Business Management
- Drive day-to-day business performance,ensuring delivery on key P&L metrics.
- Track KPIs regularly and take correctiveactions to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct deep dives into traffic, pricing,and competitor data to identify actionable insights and improve pricing strategies.
- Understand customer behaviour and demandtrends to collaborate with supply, marketing, and product teams for conversionoptimization.
- Define and execute both short-terminitiatives and long-term growth strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze large datasets to uncovermeaningful trends and generate insights that drive business decisions.
- Build and run business experiments tovalidate hypotheses and test new initiatives.
- Conduct scenario modelling and forecastingto support strategic planning.
- Own reporting for the category and createautomated dashboards and tools to track business performance.
Strategic Initiatives &Cross-Functional Projects
- Proactively identify growth opportunitiesand lead high-impact projects from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams—Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, and Finance—to execute projects seamlessly.
- Monitor progress through structured projecttracking and data-backed evaluations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with key internal stakeholdersto align on priorities and drive execution.
- Communicate effectively across teams,manage multiple workstreams, and deliver under tight timelines
Qualification & Experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with 2–4 yearsof experience in a revenue or category management role within a consumer-facing,technology-enabled business—preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of working inhigh-growth, data-driven environments with a strong understanding of business levers andconsumer behavior.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MSPowerPoint for data analysis and business storytelling.
- Sound understanding of SQL and Python ismandatory to independently work on data extraction, modeling, and analysis.
