Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Head role located in Pune. The Business Head will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and spearheading key initiatives across various business verticals. Key tasks include developing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, aligning business goals with organizational vision, and managing relationships with pivotal stakeholders. The role requires leadership in identifying market trends, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Additionally, the candidate will oversee collaboration among teams to ensure smooth project execution and operating at all levels of the organization.
