Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Head to lead our Formulations (FDF) business globally, with a focus on scaling operations to achieve a ₹1000 Cr market footprint. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory markets and a proven track record in selling CDMO formulation capabilities across US and non-US regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the FDF business globally, targeting both US and non-US regulated markets.
  • Business Development:
    Drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of CDMO formulation services.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Lead initiatives to scale the business to ₹1000 Cr, identifying high-potential markets and opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Monitor global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum
    15 years of experience
    in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with a strong focus on
    regulated markets
    (US, EU, etc.).
  • Proven success in
    selling CDMO formulation capabilities
    to global clients.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in both developed and emerging regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and achieve significant revenue milestones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
