Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with 2-3 years of experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline Systems), Cleanroom, Modular Operation Theatres, and ICU projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MEP systems, market pricing, and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Study tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Calculate quantities, prepare BOQs, and determine material, labor, and equipment costs for MEP works.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for HVAC, Firefighting, Ventilation, MGPS, Cleanroom, Modular OT, and ICU projects.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and industry codes.

Support the sales and tendering team during bid preparation and submission.

Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records for future projects.

Collaborate with project managers for budget tracking and cost control during execution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).

2 - 3 years of estimation experience in MEP systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic level), and BOQ preparation.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Ventilation, MGPS, Cleanroom, Modular OT, and ICU systems.

Attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management abilities.
