**Billing & Planning Engineer**

**Job Title**: Billing Engineer

**Education**:Diploma/ B.Tech (Civil) with good experience in Client and Department Billing

**Experience**:6+ years

As a Billing Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing, cost analysis, and budget control.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare accurate and timely bills for various construction projects, based on contracts, work orders, and project progress. Verify the correctness of invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications. Maintain a systematic record of all billing transactions.

2. Calculating quantity & estimate of all construction items as per architectural, structural and service drawings.

3.To prepare BOQ for all civil works, detail quantity calculation as per GFC & to update budgets in regard of quantity as well rate.

4. Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day activities & follow-ups, and act accordingly with instructions from the Project Manager

5. Ensure that all billing and financial processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

**Job Type**: Full-time
